The European Business Ethics Network, EBEN, is the only international network dedicated wholly to the promotion of business ethics in European private industry, public sector, voluntary organizations and academia.

Founded in Brussels, November 1987, the European Business Ethics Network is a non-profit association, supported by some of European's leading companies. Network members include business people, public sector managers, and academics. Our role is to promote value-based management, ethical leadership and increased awareness of companies' responsibilities in society by facilitating meetings of minds, discussions and debates. EBEN has close to 800 members in over 34 countries. EBEN National Networks exist in Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and are being developed in Estonia, Turkey and France. Each year EBEN organizes a Research Conference in the spring and an Annual Conference in the fall, normally hosted by an academic institution in a European country.
